ePaperlessFile

The ePaperlessFile system is a document management system designed specifically for the complex needs of title and escrow processing. Through a simple to use, browser based, user interface, ePaperlessFile will allow you to access, retrieve and manage title and escrow documents. ePaperlessFile will allow you and your business associates to search for, download and print any requested document, easily from any web enabled computer, with both user and group level security.

ePaperlessFile will allow your company to:

  • Provide all closing documents electronically
  • Automatically index documents via the use of barcodes
  • Centralize all fax management requirements
  • Automate reception of lender documents

The following document types may be stored in the system for viewing and downloading: MS Word®, MS Excel®, Adobe PDF®, JPEG, GIF and TIFF images. TIFF images can also be displayed as document thumbnails.

All file types listed above will be able to be viewed by the end user through the browser window as long as they have the proper program installed. If they do not, then they will still be able to download the document in its native format. TIFF documents will be dynamically converted to PDF files for viewing, or be available in their native format for downloading.

Other than a modern web browser (IE 5.5+ for administration functions), and optionally Adobe Acrobat® or Win2PDF®, no additional software is required to be installed by the end user in order to use or access the system.

ePaperlessFile is completely hardware agnostic, so you are free to utilize any existing or new scanning system that best fits your needs in terms of performance and price. If requested, our sales staff can put you in touch with our trusted hardware vendors that can assist with hardware purchase options.

Full usage reports to include user activity, bandwidth usage, storage usage and document utilization will be available to administrative users.

Documents will be able to be uploaded either through the built-in file administrator or via file transfer protocol (FTP).
