Title and Escrow Services Software

We have developed easy-to-use and efficient software for the escrow officer working in the title and escrow services industry.  Title companies may find the Escrow module useful to access multiple escrow accounts.  The Title module is used to access exceptions, and add title insurance policies reflecting various underwriters.  The Title module is utilized by the Title Department to prepare preliminary title reports or commitments to issue title, and for the issuance of title policies.  Data entered by Escrow is utilized by the Title module, so there is no redundant data entry.

The Escrow module has an option to generate an amortization schedule, which might be useful for the first time home buyer.  The amortization schedule generated includes the payment number, monthly due date, payment amount, interest paid, principal paid principal balance, unpaid interest, balance due, and if applicable, a comment about any modification to the loan.  Also, the amortization schedule generated includes subtotals for yearly principal and interest paid, and the total amounts of both principal and interest paid for the loan.
