Impact/SQL

Impact/SQL is a fully integrated title and escrow system, based on an MS SQL® back-end. The product is divided into several modules, grouping functionality into the primary departmental structure of most companies in the industry: Escrow, Title, Escrow Accounting and Management Information. Generally, most employees will only utilize one of the modules, depending on their particular role in the company, but data is shared between them, to maximize efficiency. In addition, there is a Utilities module which is used to configure and customize each installation. There is also a Reconveyance Tracking module, which was added as a separate module as this function tends to be compartmentalized by itself. Links are provided throughout those pages to the latest editions of the manuals for each module, and you are encouraged to review each for a thorough presentation of all of the features of the product.
