Impact/SQL - Title

The Title module is utilized by the Title Department to prepare preliminary title reports or commitments to issue title, and for the issuance of title policies. Data entered by Escrow is utilized by the Title module, so there is no redundant data entry. This module makes heavy use of Microsoft Word®, and the user is provided with many utilities that speed the preparation of these documents. A “workflow” option is available that can be used to manage the progression of a file through the Title Department. Submission reporting of policies to the underwriters can be handled either with paper reports or electronic exports. The Title Manual is available for more information on this module.
