DrawTech is a multi-user Microsoft Windows® software package designed specifically to help your construction loan department quickly and accurately manage construction loans. Some key features include: easy file setup; batched disbursements (allowing invoice entry before funds are received); single checks to subcontractors covering multiple invoice items; tracking of fees collected; detailed reports of funds disbursed by draw, payee, and expense category; IRS 1099 reporting; an Accounting module including bank reconciliation; and, much more. DrawTech is based on Microsoft SQL® for easy integration to other products and custom report creation.
